In cooperation with Canadian BJ, American Halliburton and other companies in counter-contracting the projects at home, some employees of the oil fracturing team complained about the excessive strictness of the foreign management, which was too simple and crude to tolerate. Learning this phenomenon, the company organized the employees to resort to the cultural differences, finally realizing that the way the easterners manage and think was different from the westerners.
